The most important three kinds of ability in the workplace
http://www.phoneaccessorieschina.com/news/The-most-important-three-kinds-of-ability-in-the-workplace.htmlToday talk about the "necessary ability"
Many people want to give colleagues, the boss impressed, want to blockbuster, But don't know if it's good.some people feel that after the class every day too fast, blink of an eyes three months to work like an interview or yesterday happened.
How can these problems be solved? Hopefully today's article will give you an answer:
The book is not found, and very few people discussed the quality of the individual, I think there are three kinds: the expectation management ability in interpersonal communication, threshold self-control consciousness, coping with the ability of subjective space-time distortion.
Expectations management capabilities
Remember a formula: happy value = reality-Expectations
When we first get into a team, if we start with a big deal, it can lead to rising expectations for you and the people around you.
In the end there will always be a time when you can not meet the needs of each other, and the negative evaluation of your can be followed, even lower than the performance of the mediocre colleagues.
This requires that we manage the expectations of others effectively.
The more common means is to suppress big strokes, there are some things in the other side of the expectation is not at the critical moment can not be taken out casually.
But people around you are not fools, many times, others tend to believe that you are hiding.
To truly control the expectations of those around you, you need to be truly untraceable and to suppress your own desires and vanity at all times that are not necessary.
I think this is the first lesson to enter the workplace.

Threshold Control Awareness
The threshold value is also called the critical value, which is the minimum stimulus intensity required to release a behavioral response.
The impact of thresholds on personal happiness and pleasure is unimaginable. This concept can be extended to all aspects of happiness in life.
To understand the law of diminishing marginal utility, and to learn a certain degree of abstinence and self-control, is to prevent the threshold rise of the only.
The ability to deal with the distorted subjective space
The space-time warp here refers to the subjective time lapse that starts to accelerate with age and is out of hand. I believe that most people have this feeling, time is getting faster.
I found some explanations on the Internet.
"The five-year-old has five years of memory, then one years, to six years, memory increased one-fifth, six to seven years old, memory increased one-sixth, seven to eight years old memory is only one-seventh."And so on, by the age of 20, more than one years, memory will only increase by One-twentieth.Although the time of the year has not changed, but the reference has changed, so everyone feels that time has passed quickly. There's some truth to that.
If we use the theory of memory increment to explain that our work and life in adulthood are simply repetitive, the "total data" in the brain is not as fast as it was in childhood.
The brain handles today's 24 hours, and it's easy to use the indexes that have been stored a few years ago.
The total amount of information is almost no increase, you subjectively feel the "new things" of course less, and experience "new things" is precisely slow down the subjective time of the gate.To solve the problem of space-time distortion, we must go out of the "familiar areas", familiar with the area is a space-time black hole, will continue to speed up consumption, swallow your time. This is one of the most important competencies that I think people need to master in their life, mastering the ability to resist the distortion of time and space, and you can prolong your subjective life.
